DA-DRYTEC is a membrane-like material with countless microscopic pores. The pores are too small for water droplets to pass through, but larger than water vapor molecules. This allows it to prevent rainwater from entering the shoe while allowing water vapor from sweating to escape. DA-DRYTEC is combined with the leather and fiber materials used in the upper and the bootie construction to maintain a comfortable environment inside the shoe.

Although it is made of genuine leather, it is lightweight and extremely easy to walk in.
